1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the KPLC Staff Management System ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the KPLC Staff Management System for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. User Accounts and Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must not share your login credentials with others
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
  • KPLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate security policies
4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate KPLC, a KPLC employee, another user, or any other person or entity

  • Employee data is handled in accordance with KPLC privacy policies

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, KPLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to:

KPLC may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

Changes to these terms will be communicated through the system notification mechanism or email, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
